ya know......

At least one other person KNOWS that Shane is innocent.....because he is very guilty!!!!!
At LEAST that one person....but maybe more.....maybe someone else knows other than him. If that person were to come forward, it would probably be very healing....and not to mention the right thing to do.

......................

I research stuff online sometimes just to kind of get an idea of what the perception is about Shane. Sometimes its really hard to read the way that people already have him labeled. I guess its easy to do that to someone you don't know. If you don't relate to them as a person, then it doesnt really matter maybe to some people what happens to them.
Shane is someone important to me and to his children, to his family. He is not the person that the media has made him appear or the police in their attempt to label someone, anyone, as the killer.
I can't imagine it being okay to fall that short of doing your job...especially when a life is at stake....especially when someone else lost their life.
If justice is to be done, let it be done by catching the correct person. Dont focus so much on what the punishment should or shouldnt be until you find out who truly committed the crime. It was NOT Shane Lawshe.

GRRRRR....rrrrrr...

So the trial has been delayed. Good and bad I suppose. Its bad because its that much longer Shane has to be away from his children and everyone who loves him.....and its freakin ridiculous. Its good because his attorneys and their experts should be thorough. God knows that Shane deserves that.
I saw articles printed that stated that Shane is suspected of burglarizing a paint store before the murder took place....of a paint brush...hmmmm....and that they suspect he then hit a vet clinic and just entered for shits and giggles before he supposedly went and murdered a woman for money except....oh wait....NOTHING was missing.....looks alot like SOMEONE tried real hard to make it appear that Shane might be guilty...except he isnt.
Shane is innocent...in case you missed it or couldnt figure it out by now.
Its super unfair the way that he is being held because no one wants to investigate where they should and pick up the real person who committed the crime.

The facts should speak volumes

I always find myself at the same place when I go over all the news articles involving the case against Shane Lawshe. I can not quite understand why the police were convinced it was him and did not investigate the ex-husband.
It seems the X had motive and perhaps opportunity. Shane had no motive. He also did NOT rape the woman. He was having an affair with her.....its not so unheard of. I realize it might make the children feel uncomfortable to know this...and maybe they would even have some problems accepting it...but I dont think that their mother would want them to wish someone dead that she cared about and that never did her any harm what so ever. I think she would want the real killer to be found. Maybe I am wrong about her because I did not know her.

Things that should make ya go HMMMMMM

After reading several pages of news articles about the case, one would have to be a total and complete idiot to assume Shane Lawshe is the killer in the Julianne Blakeley case. This woman was brutally murdered. Who would do such a thing? Someone who was working in her home? It seems more like a crime of anger and hatred to me. Nothing was stolen so I wonder why Mr. Lawshe's criminal past of burglary is reason to make him suspect. If criminal history is cause for alarm, perhaps the blame could be shifted to the ex-husband who had motive, and seemed to have much anger for the woman. He also spent some time in prison. According to court records, he spent YEARS trying to to avoid paying her child support and alimony. If you are willing to go to prison to not have to pay, what arent you willing to do? Isnt it pretty convenient that Thornton was to begin once again making payments to Ms. Blakeley only days after the murder....and shortly after his incarceration......and a stipulation to him no longer paying the support was in the event that she died....that seems cause for pause to me....but maybe I am the only one who can read or who is paying attention.
I also read that Julianne had a fear of fire....since she lost everything to one many years ago....and to know that someone stabbed this woman and then set her home ablaze...its just an awful horrible senseless act....and it seems like something that someone who really disliked her would do. I doubt seriously that someone who was new in her life could dislike a woman so much that was so loved by her community. THINK PEOPLE THINK!
Dont cause another senseless death because you dont take the time to THINK FOR YOURSELF.
